2. Orders & Payment
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD).
Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase via the checkout system.
We reserve the right to cancel any order if we suspect fraud or misuse.
3. Shipping
We currently ship within Australia only.
Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are shown during checkout.
We are not liable for delays once items have been dispatched, but we will provide tracking where available.
4. Returns & Refunds
We accept returns under the following conditions:
You notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order if there is an issue.
Items must be returned within 30 days, unused and in original condition.
Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after inspecting the returned item.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product was defective or incorrect.

Custom rugs may not be eligible for returns unless faulty. Please ensure all custom design details are correct before confirming your order. Slight artistic variation may occur due to the handmade nature of the product.

While some rugs may be inspired by popular culture, we do not claim ownership of any third-party characters, trademarks, or likenesses referenced.
