At TuftedRealm, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our handmade tufted rugs. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help — within fair and reasonable limits.
1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return if:
You contact us within 24 hours of receiving your item.
The item is returned within 30 days of delivery.
The item is in new, unused condition and in its original packaging.
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
Custom-made rugs (unless faulty or damaged),
Items that show signs of use, wear, or damage not present upon delivery,
Items returned beyond the 30-day window.
3. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return:
Visit our Contact Page and provide your order number and a brief description of the issue.
We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
4. Refunds
If your return is approved, your refund will be issued within 7 business days.
Refunds are processed to your original payment method.
We do not offer store credit at this time.
5. Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty, damaged on arrival, or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:
Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
Include clear photos of the item and packaging.
We will assess the situation and provide a replacement or full refund at our discretion.
7. Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped. Once dispatched, the standard return policy applies.
Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
